What You'll Be Doing
1. Video Production
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Set up 3-point lighting, softboxes, and audio systems (lapel/boom).
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, and continuity in all shots.
- Conduct client-site and industrial shoots.
- Manage on-ground production and equipment handling.
2. Creative Direction
- Translate scripts and ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Develop storyboards and detailed shot lists.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Use motion graphics to simplify complex concepts.
3. Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create motion graphics, typography, and diagrams in After Effects.
- Add music, sound effects, and perform color correction and grading.
- Deliver optimized videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
4. Workflow Management
- Maintain well-organized footage and project files.
- Manage and maintain production equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.
Additional Responsibilities
- Film and produce high-quality video content from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with the creative team on concepts and storyboards.
- Assist in maintaining and organising the video content library.
- Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas.
- Enhance visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Support photography projects for marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve video production quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in camera operations and lighting setups.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and composition.
- Good understanding of lenses, exposure, colour, and framing.
- Willingness to travel for shoots.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in industrial or documentary-style shooting.
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation.
- Graphic design skills.
- Experience with B2B or tech storytelling.
