What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring long-term relationships built on trust, performance, and business impact.
  • Own and manage the P&L for key accounts to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Understand each client’s operational challenges and digital maturity to co-create customized transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our suite of digital and IoT products to deepen account penetration and increase value realization.
  • Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders- including CXOs, to align on business outcomes, ROI, and innovation opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, proactive communication, and high satisfaction levels.
  • Partner with delivery, product, and pre-sales teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions and successful project rollouts.
  • Travel to client locations as required to conduct on-site meetings, business reviews, solution discussions, and relationship-building engagements to support deal closure and account growth.
  • Track account performance metrics, revenue potential, and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in industrial digitalization, automation, and AI to advise clients on emerging possibilities.
  • Represent Faclon Labs at key client forums, reviews, and strategic discussions to strengthen long-term partnerships.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–8 years of experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts, preferably in industrial or digital solution environments.
  • Strong understanding of Digital/ IoT/ Automation/ AI technologies and their business impact.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client success.
