What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of small to mid-size client accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure successful engagement delivery.
  • Work closely with the Pre-sales team to understand client requirements and support solutioning.
  • Draft proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue through existing accounts.
  • Create impactful presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Leverage LLMs/AI tools to improve productivity and deliverables.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts while gradually managing a larger portfolio.


What We’re Looking For

  • 0- 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Pre-sales, Sales, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a conversational approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly understand business and technical concepts.
  • Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Curious, disciplined, accountable, and open to continuous feedback and learning.
  • Strong ownership mindset with excellent execution and follow-through.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or Consulting.
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience creating proposals, client presentations, or solution documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
