What You’ll Do
- Maintain CRM hygiene across HubSpot, including sales pipeline updates, partner activities, and internal business trackers.
- Capture meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across the Founder's Office, hyperscaler partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare first drafts of concept notes, client presentations, partner decks, one-pagers, and internal documentation.
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets/Excel to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and create simple automations, templates, or workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Zapier, or AI tools.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure tasks are tracked, updated, and completed on time.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Bonus points
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Power BI, dashboard creation, or data visualization tools.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, or AI-powered productivity tools.
- Prior internship or work experience in a startup, B2B SaaS, Founder's Office, Strategy, or Operations role.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Automation, IIoT, Cloud Marketplaces, or Go-to-Market (GTM) partnerships.
