Finance & Statutory Compliance Lead

What You’ll Do-

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, bank entries, and financial transaction recording.
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP and Zoho Books with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, PT, and other statutory requirements, including return filings and payments.
• Handle vendor and customer ledger reconciliations and conduct regular ledger scrutiny.
• Process vendor payments and payroll payments through bank portals and record corresponding accounting entries.
• Manage import-export documentation and coordinate with logistics partners/CHA.
• Support financial reviews to ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.
• Work cross-functionally to streamline financial operations and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For-

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• 4- 7 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial operations, and statutory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books.
• Solid understanding of Indian statutory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
