What You’ll Do

1. Video Production
  • Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras for indoor & outdoor shoots.
  • Set up 3-point lighting, softboxes, audio (lapel/boom).
  • Ensure framing, exposure, and continuity.
  • Conduct client-site and industrial shoots.
  • Manage on-ground production and equipment.

2. Creative Direction
  • Turn scripts/ideas into strong visual stories.
  • Build storyboards and shot lists.
  • Align visuals with brand guidelines.
  • Use motion graphics to simplify complex concepts.

3. Editing & Motion Graphics
  • Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Create motion graphics, typography, diagrams in After Effects.
  • Add music/SFX, color correction & grading.
  • Deliver optimized videos for YouTube/LinkedIn/Instagram/website.

4. Workflow Management
  • Maintain organized footage and project files.
  • Manage and maintain production gear.
  • Deliver high-quality videos on time.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong camera and lighting expertise.
  • Advanced Premiere Pro & After Effects skills.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of lenses, exposure, composition, color.
  • Willing to travel for shoots.
  • Collaborative mindset.


Bonus Points 
  • Industrial/documentary shooting experience.
  • 2D/3D animation basics.
  • Graphic design knowledge.
  • Experience with B2B or tech storytelling.
